Avatar: The Last Airbender

After watching The Last Airbender movie, I was so curious about the series. Why? Because my boyfriend and most of my friends didn't like the movie. They have lots of rants. When I told them that the movie was good, the common answer that I got is "you should watch the cartoon series of Avatar/The Last Airbender". So I got a copy of the series from a friend and started watching it last Monday. And the result.... I'm hook with it! The story is great.. it is more detailed and funny. :)

King Bee Restaurant

Again this post is also so overdue. I just want to share a collage of my lunch experience at King Bee's Restaurant at Sta. Rosa, Laguna dated May 2010. I was with my boyfriend and his friends. We ordered two tone rice with 2 sauces, Beef in Chinese style, siomai, chicken feet, shrimps and I forgot the names of the other dishes. The foods that we ordered were delicious except for the chicken feet because I haven't tried it. The price range is reasonable. The ambiance is also good. I saw a lot of families having lunch at that time. One thing that I noticed was the restrooms were small but in fairness it was clean and complete with toiletries. My overall experience at King Bee was Great! I will definitely come back.. but maybe in their Quezon city branch.

Saint Monique Valais

Saint Monique Valais (aka SMV) has very beautiful and peaceful environment located in Pantok, Binangonan,Rizal. Even though it is far from Makati my tita decided to avail one unit of Nicole Townhouse. And one reason also is my Kuya Eric's positive comments about it. He lived at Saint Monique Valais for more than 3 years and he's also our agent. He's my cousin. His units are Dominique Duplex type. For me, it is really really far but a really lovely place. The village has a lot of amenities such as swimming pools, chapel, picnic area, basketball courts, chapel, school, and an infinity pool. There's a service shuttle that roams around the village to cater residents that has no cars. A Nicole Townhouse unit is Php825,000 with a lot area of 45sq. meters. My tita avail it through Pag-Ibig Financing. Below are some photos of the Model Townhouse house unit.


We visited Nicole last June 2010. We took a few photos of her. The unit is not yet finished, there's still a lot to fix plus there's a move-in or permit to occupy fee.


In my last collage photo, I inserted a photo of the lot measurements which I got from sulit.com.ph. But the rest of the photos in my photo collages are all belong to me. The camera that I used is my Sony DSC-W120 Digicam.

My First 3K Run

This post is so overdue. Last May 30,2010, I joined Nature Valley Run organized by Coach Rio. It was my first 3K run and I super enjoyed it. The event was so organized, lots of water station, and freebies too. I couldn't believe that I could make it up to the finish line because I have an MVP condition. Honestly, my program is 2 minutes run - 1 minute walk but since I have MVP, I did more walks than run.. ahahaha! I'm planning to join Coach Rio's Run Leg 3 on November 2010. 5K run??? I think my mom will freak out at me.. but I really want to try it. ^_^

Teamwork = 1 week Starbucks Coffee

My Team Lead will treat the Cloud Delivery-M3 Apps team for a 1 week Starbucks Coffee.. yippee! The story behind that treat is..last July 29,2010, one of the leads organized a dinner-videoke night for July 30,2010 at Balay ni Juan, Pasig . They observed that not all the members will come to the event. So our PM emailed the team and our team lead replied back if everyone is coming he will treat the team for the whole week at Starbucks. His 3 conditions are:

1. Join the event
2. Drink Beer
3. Sing a song

Because there's TEAMWORK in our team, everyone decided to go to the said event. My team lead was surprised when he saw that all the members were present. I couldn't describe his facial expressions during those times. We even took a few photos for evidence.. ahahahaha! Cruel teammates! Anyhow, the videoke night was a blast! Everyone is laughing, singing, enjoying the mini videoke party and the foods were great. By the way, my team lead sung the song "Malayo pa ang Umaga" theme song of ABS-CBN teleserye Agua Bendita.. ahahaha!
