Pork Adobo con Tofu ala Mel

Hello my dear readers. Last night, I cooked pork adobo with tofu for my hubby. I was happy because he liked it. I borrowed this recipe to my friend named Mamita. I added some tofu as extenders because I only have a small amount of pork.. hohoho! :P

 After eating lunch, me and my teammates decided to buy some desserts. So we went out and tried the Korean Ice cream bar  in a Korean grocery in Burgos Circle.

Lunch: Pesto Pasta by French Baker

One Wednesday afternoon, after I finished my morning errands. 

I went to Mall of Asia to eat lunch.

I went to French Baker, one of my fave resto in MOA.

I ordered Pesto Pasta.

 I was surprised when I saw it.. it's creamy and with chicken bits. 

It was my first time to try that kind of pesto pasta..

it tasted good!

We went to McKinley Hill Branch.

Me and my family had a late lunch at Sakae Sushi, Robinsons Manila. It was my 2nd time to try their eat all you can sushi. We enjoyed the foods and the service.. it was superb! Sharing you some photos.
